Services Include:
Driving to a location of your choosing* Setting up camera, sound, and lighting equipment Acting as your reader, coaching you through your audition Editing your audition video and slate Creating a title card with your information Uploading your video to its platform (usually EcoCast) Giving you the finished files You may be thinking, "I have a camera, or at least a phone. I can do this myself!" Yes, you can, but do you always have a friend who can read with you at the last minute? Would you rather your energy go toward your set up or your performance? Do you want to fight with technology just to get your audition to upload? There are also times when driving into Hollywood isn't a great option, like 5:00pm. Plus, what if you need to show off your dancing, your harp skills, or something else that's just easier to do in a space you're already familiar with?

Policies and Disclaimers
When you buy a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time to serve you. This affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason, I have the following policies in place:
If you want to make sure my style works for you, I suggest booking either a free consultation or an hour to start. If you decide to book a package afterward, I will apply the fee from the first hour towards the total price.
We're both professionals, which means we both know why we need to pay invoices on time, but I understand that things occasionally slip through the cracks. To prevent that from happening, I have some more policies:
Finally, because you are a professional and this would be your project, you are also the legally responsible party. That means:
- All cancellations for PreProduction and Production work must be made 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund or a chance to reschedule.
- All cancellations for Post Production work must be made before I receive any footage to qualify for a full refund.
- All cancellations for Mobile Self Tape Services must be made 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund or a chance to reschedule. This does not apply to same-day bookings.
- After a 10-minute grace period, any unexpected time spent on Mobile Self Tape Services is subject to a fee of $1.50 per minute.
- If you need to cancel services outside of those specified parameters, you are eligible to receive a partial refund of up to 50% of the total cost.
- Because of the nature of some of these services, some added fees may be passed onto you as a result of using services provided by other websites and companies.

- Payment for any service is due 30 days after the services were provided. Payments made after that time period may be subjected to late fees.
- For every 30 days that a payment is late, an additional 15% of the total cost will be added to the total price.
- Since no one wants to spend their hard earned money paying late fees, I will send you reminders at least a calendar week before any payment is due so you can avoid those additional charges.
Finally, because you are a professional and this would be your project, you are also the legally responsible party. That means:
- All of the insurance forms, SAG-AFTRA forms, etc. would be in your name.
- If you infringe on someone else’s copyright, or if someone wants to sue you for being injured on your set, you will have to provide reparations and possibly seek your own legal representation.
- I also don't want these things to happen, so while I'm not a lawyer, I will do whatever preventative maintenance practices I can so this never becomes an issue in the first place.
