After several months of working on this project, I'm finally releasing the first episode!  Let Me Plan Your Life is a show where guests get a glimpse into their future, followed by a detailed plan for how to live the next several months of their lives.  The first season has already been shot, and I'm hoping for enough good press to launch a second season.  Make sure to check out the Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter pages for more updates!

The Die Laughing Film Festival is planning to hold a screening of Fred!  I'm excited for this, and I should be able to make some time on May 25th and 26th to see it.  Hopefully, the cast and crew and I will see some of you there as well!

For those of you who have enjoyed my short film, Fred, I have some exciting news: we just received a Special Mention in the London-Worldwide Comedy Short Film Festival!  I've been mentioning it to everyone I can.

Considering that this is the first time I've felt the need to submit something to a festival, I've very excited for these results and I'm looking forward to the next project.

2017 in Review

2017 has been an interesting year, with some of my personal highlights including:
  1. Publishing more children’s books
  2. Being on the planning committee for a reunion
  3. Producing a few original short films and sending one to a few festivals
  4. Writing a pilot and entering it into some contests
  5. Working at what I thought was a summer camp (it turned out to be a music festival)
  6. Collaborating on more original content

I've put together a list of resolutions for the new year in the hopes of keeping the ball rolling.  Here’s to a great 2018 ahead!

The Deck

I'm currently producing a short film with Lydia Hunter!  The Deck is a story about a group of gamers who are more themselves when they play a game as their characters.  It's a star-crossed romance gone rogue.  Anything can happen when you draw from...THE DECK!

So far, I've filled out a bunch of forms, written a ton of puns, and I've created a map for the project (watch the video below!).  There are some awesome perks, like getting your name on the map I'm making, playing Dungeons and Dragons with the cast, and being drawn as a DnD character.  Check these out and more!

I have released a new children's book, just in time for Halloween!

Matt and the Bat is a story based off of the true story of how my old roommates and I had to live with a bat for three months.

Unlike Slipping Beauty and Sloughing Beauty, this book is a stand-alone story.  The plan is to take a short break to write and produce videos with some friends before returning to write my third Slipping Beauty book (which would really be my fourth book).
